OUR INVESTMENT APPROACH
Hospitality, wellness
and a sense of place.
Echo Beach Capital invests in hospitality and wellness real estate. We believe the experience of a place matters as much as its setting.
Explore our investment focusAn investment in place.
An investment in people.
We are based in Newport Beach, California. Our focus brings together hospitality, thoughtful wellness care and the natural world: places where the welcome, the care and the surroundings form one experience.
That perspective begins with how a property feels to the people who use it. A beautiful setting draws people in; considered details and daily care give them a reason to return.
For property owners and project teams, our investment focus is a starting point for a conversation. A short introduction to your property and what you are seeking helps establish whether there may be a fit.
Share a property opportunityBuilt on hospitality experience.
Founder and Managing Partner Jeffrey Cowan brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality and real estate. He leads Echo Beach Capital’s acquisitions, development and capital strategy.
Jeff co-founded Stay Wildflower, a Los Angeles vacation-rental business that grew from a single listing. Its operating history includes 25 properties managed and more than 7,000 guests welcomed.
Those figures describe Stay Wildflower’s operating background. Today, that experience informs Jeff’s perspective at Echo Beach Capital.

Our first investment is Alumina, a wellness resort in Tulum, Mexico. Our story continues with a high-end wellness development in Coachella, California.
These places reflect a shared belief in hospitality, wellness and nature. They offer context for our approach; each new opportunity has its own setting, purpose and considerations.
