With more than a decade in hospitality and real estate, Jeff leads the firm’s acquisitions, development, and capital strategy. He brings the perspective of someone who has built and operated a hospitality business—and understands how much the details matter.
That foundation began with Stay Wildflower, the Los Angeles vacation-rental company he co-founded. What started with a single Airbnb listing grew into a boutique hospitality business, with Jeff overseeing the logistics that helped turn a well-designed stay into a welcoming guest experience.
